Currently hiring:

  • Salary: Competitive base with commission - earn up to $300k PA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the day to day business operations of the display centre, including greeting display home visitors, qualifying and collecting sales leads and working with other team members to convert leads into deposits and sales, in an accurate and timely manner in line with business objectives.

    • Meeting or exceeding agreed deadlines for deliverables by achieving individual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

    • Provide superior customer service in a professional and courteous manner, when dealing with customers, clients, and head office.

    • Keeping the display home open within the advertised and specified times and maintain a clean and safe display home working environment.

    • Refer and inform prospective and current clients to the Stylemaster skyline studio.

    • Identify market and competitors’ strategies and inform management.

    • Attended sales meetings and sales training as requested.

    • Establish signs on land where a sale has occurred and or a house and land packages have been created.

    • Maintain and keep an up to date, sales data base, client management and lead generation system.

    • Arrange client appointments outside of display home busy periods and attend home visits if required.

    • Inform management of any irregularities in documentation.

    • Follow up and report to manager on all enquiry leads from Stylemaster Homes, websites and or any other leads generated.

    • Prepare House and Land templates for display sales offices, land sales offices.

    • Establish relationships with developers, real estate agents and land sales consultants and inspect land where applicable - prior to a sale.
