STEP ONE

Take a virtual tour of your favourite display homes, visit them in person, or sit down with your New Home Consultant and chat one-on-one with someone who can help you best navigate through your available options.

STEP TWO

Check your facts

The ideal home design for your block is all in the details. That’s why Stylemaster’s expert team will assess your block’s suitability when it comes to undertaking various zoning checks while you’re busy deciding which home you love the most.

STEP THREE

Site assessment

On payment of your initial deposit, your unique block is thoroughly investigated with initial soil testing and contour surveys which chart any possible limitations and associated costs such as access to services including overhead power supply, your block’s slope, front setbacks and easements on your property, driveway positioning and street access, ideal positioning for the home, Council overlays including residential, planning and vegetation protection, overland flow, acoustics and possible considerations for existing neighbouring properties.

STEP FOUR

Preliminary contract preparation

The information for your block is carefully assessed and discussed with you. Plans and a preliminary contract incorporating your selections and choices, and itemising the costs is prepared for you. If Town Planning (DA) is required – now’s the time to make that application.

STEP FIVE

Make it your own

Visit the Stylemaster Design Studio to explore your inclusion and upgrade options, choose your dream colour palette and inject your personal style into your new home colours, finishes and fixtures. Stylemaster’s experienced selection staff are ready to guide you through the process and make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.

STEP SIX

Illuminate your options

Stylemaster can arrange a specialist electrical consultant to guide you through the process of selecting lighting, power, electrical layout, home theatre, smart options and more as required for your new home.

STEP SEVEN

Sign your contract

On approval of your home plans and confirmation of final construction costs you will be required to sign your official HIA Building contract and pay the 5% balance deposit of the contract amount.

STEP eight

Building permit application

Stylemaster will now apply for your building permit which will approve and allow construction for your new home.

STEP nine

Demolition time

If you do not already have a preferred demolition company nominated to remove your existing structure Stylemaster will be happy to assist with recommendations of reputable operators for your area.

Construction phase

Now is the time to relax and enjoy as your experienced Stylemaster Building Supervisor and Stylemaster’s loyal team of industry Trades bring your dream home to life. Highly detailed onsite plans, streamlined processes and strict quality construction ensure your very own award-winning standard Stylemaster Home come handover day.
